Handbook 2009
Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a
beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is
manufactured in plants.
4. Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
5. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer.
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did in 2008.
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
9. Sleep for 7 hours.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.

Christmas Depression
Naniniwala ba kayo na maraming tao ang depressed tuwing magpapasko? Personally, nararanasan ko rin yan (tulad ngayon, medyo depressed ang lola nyo). Actually, that was the topic last night sa Rock-Ed Radio sa NU107 eh (hi to Lourd and Gang!) Kaya naisipan kong magsulat ng isang artikulo tungkol sa bagay na ito.
Ano nga ba ang ibig sabihin ng salitang DEPRESSION? Sabi nila ito raw ay isang negatibong bagay na apektado ang iyong buong katauhan: isip, katawan, emosyon. Kakatakot pala. Parang step 1 na rin ito sa pagkabaliw ng isang tao. I won’t expound on the definition of the word anymore kasi I’m sure at least once ay naranasan nyo nang magkaganito.
