The Wounded Black Puppy
I had a horrible dream last night. It wasn’t a monster dream but remembering how I felt in it, made me really frightened.
I dreamt I was in my sister’s house. She had several puppies there which we cared for. It felt like the place, the people, and the animals are already so familiar. Then, when I entered a large room, I saw one of the puppies – the black one – it was somewhat different. It was moving weakly and I knew there was something wrong. I ran and immediately checked on it…it had wounds all over and it was bleeding! There’s a deep scratch on the puppy’s neck, like a strangle wound, then there’s a stab wound at its back, done with something thin and pointed. The wound bled profusely.
When Death Gives Birth To Life
I had a dream two nights ago that I was attending a funeral. I didn’t know whose funeral it was or any of the guests who were there. I just realized the one who died was a very rich man and no body seemed to be sad about his death. There were plenty of people sitting in round tables, chatting about stuff I can’t quite hear. There were pillars connected with white and purple drapes, and about them are attractively arranged white stargazers.
And then, last night I dreamt I was pregnant.
I found it weird that I had these two dreams consecutively, so I decided to google it up.

The Teller Machine and the Farm with White Horses
Weird title? Well, that’s actually a title I gave to the dream I had two nights ago.
I dream every night and, more often than not, I remember what I had dreamt. Psychologists say remembering dreams is difficult because our brains have this mechanism of erasing the memory of our night dreams upon waking up. They said only a few can remember their dreams, and remember it in details. Those who do are lucky, actually, because other than reflecting our desires and fears, dreams bring important messages and warnings to the dreamer. They also reflect thoughts that we deny or thoughts we don’t fully realize in our own consciousness.
